In 1991, our 1st Founder, S. Shingara Singh, established BBN Caterers amidst the fertile farmlands of India. He planted the original seed and instilled the foundational farm-to-flavor philosophy.
Growing up deeply immersed in the family’s existing catering and canteen business, brothers Harjinder and Inderjeet Singh developed an understanding of food service excellence from an early age. Together, as Co-Founders, they have blended traditional culinary craftsmanship with modern innovation to redefine daily dining.
Began as a dishwasher at 16. Trained in commercial kitchens in Australia and holds a Diploma of Hospitality Management. Leads culinary operations and menu development.
